I relate to education as both teaching and learning. I believe that education is essentially a transaction of knowledge. 

I am a strong advocate of integrative learning. Every subject area is connected to another in some way. I find disciplinary method of learning very isolated and hence, find value in integrated curriculum modules.

Since the past few months, I have been exploring the possibilities of multiple configurations in the field of arts education. My interest lies in mapping in order to understand connections between arts and other academic disciplines. I do not view the arts as a tool aiding teaching another core subject. I imagine an ideal education system where all subject matters have an equal footing.
